“Quiet location in the heart of Dambulla”

Dambulla Rock Arch is a great family run guesthouse. It is right in the middle of Dambulla town, but up a driveway so it is away from the noise of the main town. Each room has its own balcony to sit out on of an evening looking into the quiet gardens surrounding the main home. The rooms are all the same, all big and airy, comfortable beds, very clean, great hot water shower, large bathroom. Rooms come with a sitting area inside also and a small kitchenette to make tea and coffee with a small fridge. The breakfasts are generous and slightly different each morning. There are a few restaurants nearby for dinner and lunch. Restaurant 11 (a take on 7/11) across the road is pretty good. Very friendly hosts, highly recommend this guesthouse.

It was just perfect !!

It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was prompt and they understood our dietary needs and arranged accordingly. The old aunty is very sweet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The exterior of the building is especially beautiful and stylish it immediately gives a great first impression and has a unique charm that stands out. Breakfast also fantastic. I should have requested smaller portion and preference to avoid food waste.

Beautiful room and bathroom, very clean, lovely garden. Warm welcome from the family. Really central but situated a little way down a side road so very quiet. Good breakfast included.

Spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Great location on a quiet side street, just steps from the main street with many restaurants, shops, and a bus stop. Good breakfasts. Friendly hosts, especially the charming grandmother.

The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. She left umbrellas outside of our door in a rainy day which we really appreciate. The breakfast was also really nice.

Great place to stay in Dambulla. A step away from the main street and at the same time a very quiet and relaxing place in a very beautiful and green courtyard. Very hospitable owners and good breakfast.

We loved staying here. The owners were really hospitable and friendly, welcoming us when we arrived. The room was big and comfortable, with a large double bed. Bathroom was well equipped with great shower with good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of Sri Lankan treats alongside eggs, fruit, toast and good coffee. We'd stay here again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others

The property was the best value we had in Sri Lanka - it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to help make our stay perfect.
