“Comfortable stay away from home...”
I’ve stayed in other units in this duplex loft style type building before, so I knew what to expect — an older unit in a location that works perfectly for me. It’s close to my home, my favorite malls, and public transport. While it may not be ideal for those who need to be downtown frequently, it’s incredibly convenient if you’re focused on this part of the city. (On this point it still never took me more than 20 mins to get to the city center off peak hours). The room was in good, livable condition and had everything I needed for a short-term stay. There’s even a laundry place right downstairs in the commercial area, which was very handy. Compared to hotels and smaller accommodations, the value for money is excellent — you get plenty of space for the price. The staff managing the property was probably the highlight of my review because I did unfortunately run into some crucial issues that I only became aware of after the fact. The lady manager (Teng, I believe) was super patient, attentive, adept to problem solving, and even answered my messages at odd hours. Nb. Please don't take my last sentence as a green light to (overtly) disturb the staff after hours though, lol.

I recently stayed at this amazing duplex for an annual dinner that i had in Empire City. The space was incredibly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the event venue Aireka Space. The host was very friendly and responsive, ensuring that my stay was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

“Great place to stay”
The staff or the owner was very responsive and the check-in was easy too. The unit is worth for money and I was happy with my stay. You will see a full view of sunset in the evening. The place was discreet, quiet and surrounded by good nature. This place consists of good restaurants, bar & cafe, convinient stores and easy access to the express way. I have no any negative review with my stay.
