The room we had was quite spacious and there were several balconies. 2 bedrooms with airconditioning in each. There were 2 restrooms…

Villa Gardenia represents incredible value for money. We stayed for almost a week in a two bedroom apartment, and were made to feel extremely welcome. Despite arriving very late after a delayed flight there was no problem collecting the keys, and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. There is a fab shared pool, and the honesty bar is a great touch when relaxing at the end of a hot day. Alpay clearly has a loyal clientele who keep coming back year-after-year. The location is only a short way from the centre of Dalyan - an easy fifteen minute stroll from the Turtle Roundabout - and there are plenty of places to drink and eat close at hand (we love The Last Drop and its pool table). In summary Villa Gardenia is almost impossible to beat at this price point and makes a great base for family adventures.

perfect location - just a short walk to the city centre. we never had to use a taxi to get anywhere during our stay. the villa owner is incredibly pleasant and was always around to answer our questions with a big smile on his face. He was so accommodating to any requests we had even before arriving. The pool is clean and deep. We also booked a shuttle to and from the villa with the villa owner and it was perfect and so affordable. This property is the absolute best value for money place I've ever stayed in - we could hardly believe the price. we will definitely be back in the near future :)

The property is beautiful. The pool is clean, warm and inviting. The Villa was perfect. The location is ideal. The owner is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very nice location nearly 10 minutes from the city center. Properly sized apartments, good beds. Host is very helpful and nice. You can buy some drinks and food directly at the place if you want. There are only 4 apartments in this complex with big pool between them. Definitely recommended.

The villa was a short walk from the centre of town in a quiet area. It was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The pool was very clean as was the pool side area. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
