Everything about this villa is fabulous. Modern & well equipped in beautiful, quiet location but only 12 mins walk into town. Superb garden & pool area, kept immaculately clean and excellent service from the management company

This property has everything you need, home from home. The photos do not do it justice. It’s a short walk to a shop for supplies and only a 10-15 minute walk to the town, river with lots of shops, restaurants, atms We booked our airport transfer through Ahmet which was brilliant, Ahmet greeted us at the Villa and gave us a quick run through of things and answered any questions we had. A welcome pack was waiting for us so we could have a snack and cup of tea/ juice upon arrival. The villa has a water machine which was really useful and when it ran out a quick text to Ahmet and it was replaced within 15 minutes. Plenty of seating inside and out for dining, sunbathing and relaxing in the living room at night for the size of party it sleeps. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. Bathrooms were clean and showers were powerful. The villa throughout was very clean. The pool was very clean and checked daily. The day before our departure we were given our collection time for transfer. We had a wonderful stay. Ahmet and his staff are brilliant.

Location in quiet residential area 15 minute walk from Dalyan centre. Villa is well designed with ground an first floor bedrooms and 4 en suites. Otherwise well equipped with a very nice pool

The villa was stunning. Very clean and well presented. A lovely touch was a few essentials in the fridge for our late arrival. We had an enjoyable sunny walk into the main town multiple times a day. It was a nice 10-15 minute walk (including slow children) and didn't feel arduous. Great amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine meant you don't need to over pack and can leave room in your suitcase for Turkish bargains! A fantastic stay and will definitely recommend.
