Peaceful riverside haven with a shaded terrace and deck opposite the cliffside Lycian tombs, which are lit up at night. The perfect place to relax. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Our obliging host arranged a trip down stream to the beach on the public boat, which picked us up at our landing. On site parking a bonus.

We loved our stay at Onder Pansiyon. It is in a central but quiet location. We particularly enjoyed the courtyard, the outdoor kitchen and sitting by the river watching the boats pass by. It was a great pleasure to meet Ilcer. He is a kind and generous man who looked after us well.

We had a wonderful stay at Onder Pansiyon. It's location direct on the riverside and close to town is perfect. The owners are lovely people and you should use their local knowledge when booking trips otherwise you will end up paying much more. When staying in Dalyan a riverside location is definitely best and the trip boat will pick and drop you at the breakfast terrace. Can't overstate how much we enjoyed our stay.

“AMAZING place and even nicer host”

The location cannot be beat! Within walking distance to everything, but what really makes this place special is Ilker & the rest of the hosts. From arrival to departure it’s like you’re staying at a family member’s house. The home cooked breakfast, the conversations, and he even helped us book a tour which someone was trying to charge us 3 x the price! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, i just wish i had more time here.

This was perhaps one of the best parts of our trip. After a very fast paced start, Dalyan gave us the chance to slow down and relax. The family who runs it is wonderful, friendly and welcoming with lots of stories! If you’re lucky, you’ll have other guests staying who’ll have equally interesting stories! Also, the view from the property is breathtaking.

The location of Onder Pansyon cannot be beaten in Dalyan, with the private seating and eating area directly on the river-side with a mooring/swimming platform if wanted and directly across from the iconic rock-cut tombs. It is central to the main town area of Dalyan but completely private and not overlooked (apart from passing boats!) Ilker and family were perfect hosts, there if needed but unobtrusive and discreet. The house and outside space are also used by their family and other guests so it feels very much like you are in a relaxed Turkish home environment. This is especially reflected in the freshly-prepared and locally-produced varied Turkish Breakfast served whilst you are seated at the riverside every morning. The outside cooking area enables you to cook and eat without being reliant on attending restaurants, and with that iconic view whilst eating, why would you pay for it elsewhere! Supermarkets and all the town facilities are a 2-minute walk away. The room was sparkling-clean, comfortably and minimally appointed with air-con and mosquito protection grills on the windows. Ilker can arrange and/or recommend any activities, taxis, places to eat etc and speaks very good English if needed.

“A Different Experience in a Beautiful Location. Great value for money”

Location was fantastic, right on the river with beautiful views. Owner would even call water taxi to stop at his dock if you wanted to go to the beach. Lovely freshly made breakfast every day. I missed a pool because it was so hot but sitting on the sofas in the garden under the trees was very relaxing. Air conditioning in room was excellent and the fridge was a bonus. Quiet but close to the centre of Dalyan. More like a home stay than a hotel experience. A friendly and welcoming family. Great value.

Pansiyon owner is very helpful guy and well known in Dalyan, he was very helpful to find right services and reasonable prices for us.
