The hotel is located quite close to the town centre but in a very quiet and peaceful spot away from the traffic. We appreciated this a lot. The room was very wide, almost like a mini apartment, one can eat inside and outside on its own balcony. There's a pool that can be used at all times, as well as a bar where you can purchase drinks and snacks. We also used the laundry service for a good price. The owner/manager is super friendly and helpful with everything.

Burc welcomed us in a very friendly manner and helped us in various ways during our stay. This hotel is very quiet and away from the crowds, which we really like. We had stayed here before a few years ago and came back again this year. Great little boutique hotel. We were initially accommodated in one of the attic rooms, but we moved/upgraded to a suite on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the pool etc. Lovely room (Room 6). Highly recommended.

comfortable sleep. owner and staff friendly and helpful. quiet area. not far from centre of dalyan. the owner went out of his way to help rearrange return taxi transfer as booking.com had arranged it too early by 10 hours. booking.com customer service unhelpful and rude.

The hotel and apartment were both very clean and well looked after. It is in a great area, reasonably quiet and only a short walk to town. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Very spacious rooms and clean all around

Great host! A wonderful pereson that helped us a lot when staying. The place is really cozy and nice.

It was a very pretty building with a nice pool and gardens 6 minutes walk to the shops and Dalyan centre.

“Staff lovely but just disappointing regarding breakfast”

When we booked breakfast was advertised as free. This was not the case and it was at another location and you had to pay extra

Beautiful surroundings , clean large apartment, great nights sleep due to good mattress .also sofa bed when extended was quite large , chilled atmosphere , not far from main shopping st , maybe 10min stroll

Staff was fantastic and very good with the kids. The room was a bit small. But location was fantastic. Also we were early in the season so there was no breakfast available yet. Even so they provided other options for us. We had a great time. Maybe a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids. 😅 bigger room next time.
