I was upgraded to a house with a living room and kitchenette in it. The breakfast was very good as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return in summer when I can relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine.

amazing staff - great facilities, beautiful spa and location (short river walk into town - great price - highly recommended - thanks to all the team there 👍 Jacob, Cenke, Nazri, Iso, Agilu, Ardas, Ali.....and the amazing Ilker of course 👍 🙏 everyone is so kind, helpful and thoughtful this has safe motorcycle parking (safe area, lovely big guard dog 🐕 and right in front of reception)

“Great hotel ,great location”
The staff were Fantastic, friendly and helpful. You could not fault them .The hotel was in a great location near by so many fabulous restaurants, although I have to say the restaurant in the hotel was one of my favorites .The chef here was one of the best .Also the whole area around swimming pools was so comfortable and relaxing. And you had so many different areas to relax have a drink ,chill or enjoy a delicious 😋 meal. Missing the place already...

Another fantastic stay at bc spa Firstly the staff and owners are just so friendly and helpful , from Aysun at the spa itself , onur at reception , the bar and restaurant staff and housekeeping , nothing is too much trouble , they make your stay even better if that’s possible . The location is fabulous, breakfast on the riverbank , peaceful , but close to town and 2 pools . Check out hassan for massages and Bhurcu for yoga too.

Location was great only 5 minutes to the town centre shops and bars and boats. Pools and pool bar area were good with plenty of beds and areas to sit and eat. The rooms we had were split level - with a double settee bed downstairs and a double bedroom and shower/bathroom upstairs - all were adequate, clean and comfortable.
