Security lock was loosely attached, not secure, staff did not appear to take the concern seriously, clearly they did not want feedback. Not recommended, I won't be returning

Who have the “great “ idea put a big strong lights front the hotel and shine into the room. If the rooms have at least curtains that could be drawn but no they don’t have it. And a lot of noise from cars outside
