Good location. Train stop is not too far away. American Airlines Centre is close, so is the downtown. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Gym is also a good add.

Great hotel. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had such a great time in Dallas. The accomodation was convenient, had valet parking and the staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and they had breakfast in the lobby every morning.

I was overcharged for my stay on the first day I arrived. The receptionist Ms Charley didn’t know how to resolve the issue, she was extremely unhelpful and very rude. I was given a room next to the motorway that was loud and the floor was dirty. She raised her eyebrows at me in disbelief and offered me some earplugs. This put a downer on my stay!! It took the length of my stay and 2 extra days before I received my money back (1wk in total). The following morning Samantha changed my room to the opposite side of the hotel which was much quieter but the floor was still dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. For the amount of money being charged for these rooms you don’t expect to have these sort of issues. Also the deposit for the stay is $50 per night not $100 overall as listed on here.

The aesthetics of the room, it was spacious, early check, the staff was friendly, the snacks store, really good places to eat near the hotel, walking distance from the Echo lounge.
