superb location somewhat closer to uptown but still close enough to Downtown to wal to wherever you needed to go. Brilliant facilities, beds, bathrooms, lounge kitchen and a nice outdoor area also. air-conditioning worked really well, and the access code to gain entry in and out was easy. washing machine and dryer a real bonus, and exiting the property post stay was easy, with simple well laid out procedures to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location, with plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping nearby.

“Fabulous Dallas Apartment”
The apartment is really clean and everything worked as expected. The kitchen is stocked with lots of pans and crockery and even a few essentials in the cupboards. The place is very well located with a great restaurant just around the corner. The owners were completely on top with their communication before, during and after our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions straight away. We couldn't fault it and would stay again if we were in the Dallas area again.

The house is very spacious and perfect for a stay with the entire family. Great location with restaurants in walking distance, free parking, very clean, very well equipped and spacious. Owner is very responsive.

Very well located property in Old East Dallas, close to Uptown and Downtown for nice restaurants and entertainments. The property was extremely spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable. The host has been amazing all along and would respond to all our requests at any time. Would highly recommend.
