“Close to SMU and public transportation”

I stayed at the Beeman for a week while attending a conference on SMU's campus. The hotel is nice enough to walk to campus, which is a plus. Also, SMU / Mockingbird station is very close to the hotel, which is a plus. The rooms are spacious and functional. Overall, a pleasant.

“Great stay! So comfortable and the staff was so kind and helpful!!”

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! Our room was clean, comfortable, and so nice! We were even asked at check-in if we prefer a room closer to the elevator or further away, and they gave us a room on the top floor away from the highway!! The bar was also super nice and they had live music!

“Did not meet expectations”

Not many amenities. Stayed their because it had an indoor pool, but it was nasty. Hair balls floating. Water was cloudy. Lots of debris floating. I could not enjoy with my kids. The seat cushions outside were torn and dirty looking. It also smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. Seemed like an employee(s) was constantly taking cigarette breaks next to outdoor area. Very unpleasant. Also no laundry room, this is important when traveling with family.

The cleanliness in the room and decor/quality of finishes. Also I had an issue with my sink and they sent someone right away!

“Clean, well stocked room.”

The room was spatious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked. Fresh towels were provided upon request without any problem. It was good to have a parking space nearby.

Beautiful modern hotel and room! It even has a pool and a gym, it’s great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I loved how quiet the room was. The hotel and room was very cute. Staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable! Food in the restaurant was very good.

The breakfast was good, we were attended by Chris he was super nice and provide a good customer service, but I really enjoy every time I went to eat at the bar-restaurant the food was amazing, my kids and I want to congratulate the chef George, the prices of the food was affordable, also want to mention the great customer service Juan provided us at the restaurant he was very friendly, polite and professional.

The bed is very comfortable! The extra friendly staff are fantastic, especially Eveline, Heidi & Iola in the restaurant were really lovely. The food was fantastic in the restaurant with large portions to share of delicious plates. The friendly young man at the front desk at night too was a wonderful help to bone weary arrivals. The hotel is very clean and smelled great! The little coffee machine in the room was great too. Lovely decor and wall art work in the hotel. Location is useful too. Not far from downtown in an Uber. There is a train station a stones throw away from the hotel and also a car shuttle service to within a mile and a half anywhere you want to go, if you're a guest. ☺️ We were so busy having fun we didn't even get time to use the cute pool. We had a marvellous, marvellous stay! Thank you Beeman!

The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. Rooms affordable. A great option in Dallas.

Arrived late to the hotel and greeted by the friendliest front desk staff she was kind to my young children. Stayed in a double room and it was clean, comfortable beds, and spacious for a family of 4. It was hard to leave after just 1 night and we wished for a longer stay!
