I really liked the girl at the reception. She is Venezuelan and very kind and helpful. She is always asking if everything is okay and if you need anything. Whenever I go to this hotel, I ask for her because she is the one who serves me the best.

My check-in was disappointing, my room did not have a sofa as in the photos, I went back to the reception to ask to change it, but the transsexual at the reception was very rude and disrespectful. he had huge fingernails, this is unacceptable for a hotel reception. I will not return to this hotel again.
