When I walked into the room, my white socks turned dark and dirty. The carpet was glued to the floor with layers of dirt, and underneath it was full of dust and filth clearly never cleaned. No slippers or toothbrush were provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room was also extremely noisy; even with noise-cancelling AirPods I could hear the highway and cars all night.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were in good condition, offering just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our suite was spacious, with two large beds and a balcony. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt comfortable overall.

“Review on Accessibility for Wheelchair Users at Sheraton Hotel, Dallas, Texas”

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Dallas and was deeply disappointed with the level of accessibility for wheelchair users. The bed in my assigned room was not accessible at all – it was extremely high and unsuitable for my needs. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, it took them two full days to provide a suitable bed. On the first night, I had to sleep on the sofa in the room, using sheets I arranged myself, as the hotel staff was no longer available despite my request three hours earlier to prepare the sofa bed. Such service is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and demonstrates a lack of consideration for the basic needs of guests with disabilities. I hope the hotel improves its response to accessibility needs in the future.
