The building exterior and interior are beautiful. Staff were great. Room was tidy, clean and spacious for 3 adults with a nice big bathroom.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were also very comfy. They have nice gym facilities and a nice reception area where we enjoyed a drink after dinner.

Property was clean and modern. Also in a good location of downtown Dallas and an acceptable walk to Deep Ellum.

Proximity to central downtown Dallas area. Lovely restaurant. Comfortable spacious accommodation.Helpful staff.A huge thanks to the helpful staff member ..door person...who used her uber account (which we reimbursed her ) to get us to the airport after 3 failed attempts to have a taxi arrive.
