Great location, walking distance to most attractions and eateries. Superb service at Texas Spice for breakfast especially Frances. Efficient and friendly valet. Pool area small but pleasant for a city hotel. Rooms comfortable and well equipped for family of 4.

Excellent service from very friendly and thoughtful staff. The cookie decorating surprise and hamper was a very nice touch. The location was great, views from the room were incredible and pool was brilliant too.

“very poor”
The room was not cleaned properly, blood stains on the bathroom wall by the light switch. bathroom had not been fully cleaned and there was a water bottle on the floor under the bed. The bathroom tiles were dirty with lots of tiles showing as having missing "Grout" and so looked very poor. I informed reception who promised to have the stains cleaned and they offered a $50 voucher. There was a mix up on my booking and they said that they could not add the $50 to my bill as a credit but instead gave me 5 free drinks vouchers, even though this was at 21:00 and I was checking out at 04:00 the next day. Overall a very poor experience

“I would visit the spa again but not stay at the hotel”
As someone who is particular about hotels, I was disappointed with this Omni, especially having visited the other Omnis in Texas. The property itself is nice with bars and restaurants. It’s a good location in Downtown Dallas. The rooms however, are very outdated and customer service wasn’t particularly friendly. The spa is lovely though and there is a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. I would suggest staying in a different hotel and trying out their spa, amenities and restaurants. The views were lovely as well
