This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and smell fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel's location is perfect, and what makes it even better is the hotel staff—10/10.

“Location only”
Location is fantastic I love historic buildings and this needs to be restored to show off its history some original parts are still there around the lifts but the early 90s modifications are ugly and dated such a big heart felt shame I hope someone saves this beautiful building back to the original look

Definitely a central location for downtown Dallas. Historical significance of the building. Within walking distance of the Farmer's Market, Kennedy Memorial, and Reunion Tower.

Lovely historical building, nice clean room and the hotel was well positioned in Dallas. Friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming and approachable. Facilities were good. Access to interesting areas in Dallas was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.
