“Okay”
The room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. There was good heating/cooling. Not too far from the city. There’s housekeeping offered every day which is nice if you need it.

Very close to restaurants and bars, area was safe to walk around at night, college area. Only a 10 min cab to downtown Dallas

“Cost savings not worth the hygiene compromise”
Having two queen beds was convenient, the dove miniatures for the bathroom were nice. Room was spacious and good sized fridge

The staff were inattentive, the breakfast was awful and we had to go to waffle house instead and we felt unsafe.

“Good value and clean”
Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room. Good internet, Not too far from town and easy access by car. A couple of bars, restaurants and 7 Eleven close by. Decent breakfast. Also very helpful when I needed to check out early. Very good value for money.
