We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the breakfast was excellent, and having access to a gym was a great bonus. Free parking was also very convenient. We couldn’t find any shortcomings during our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was kept very clean. Selene (sp.), who works the night shift, was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me when my elderly mother fell shortly after our arrival in Dallas. Selene is friendly and kind and an example of excellent customer service. Give her a raise!!

It was very tired looking in the rooms and you could hear everything in the hotel. The windows were not at all soundproof and the road kept us awake all night. Staff weren’t very welcoming or approachable.

My room was precooled, the bed slept amazing, the breakfast was so good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely staying here again when I return.

This hotel could use an update. The bed was not terrible. The room looked dated & the bathroom had terrible lighting. Also when we got to our room it looked like it had previously been broken into.

The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day, it's a basic hot and cold spread but it was tasty, fresh and filling. The bed was super comfortable and the room a great size.

So many different options for breakfast. Me and my kids loved it and made sure we woke up super early. We loooooved that there was a coffee maker in our room and a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff of the different work shifts were awesome and patient with me. The hotel overall was very clean and maintenance right The room was very spacious.
