“Great hotel but with a conference vibe.”
The hotel was lovely with nice decor and welcoming staff, particularly in the bar. Bedrooms were comfortable with good views. The hotel was very close to recognised tourist attractions. Crown Block is 1 min away.

If I would get back, definitely because of people here: all receptionist super polite and willing to help if any questions, special thanks to Francisco and all ladies (at the station, waitress, at the restaurant reception) - very helpful and attentive! Guys in the Lobby & Luggage managers - Garry, Lanny, many thanks for your support and service! Atrium tower is modern and tidy.

“Large and clean.”
Perfect location for train access. Large clean hotel set up for conventions, so very busy. Rooms are large and clean. The restuarant food is cheap and delicious. Rooms ha e a small fridge but no free water.

we stay in your hotel chain very often. it was UAE, Asia. I have never had such terrible service anywhere. I felt bad so I called your room service because I wanted to drink tea with honey. unfortunately my English is not the best, but I explained what I needed, they did not accept my order citing some reasons that I did not understand. I called again after 30 minutes to clarify what happened to my order, I was transferred to another operator who did not pick up the phone. I would like to tell your management that for such mistakes in your other hotels around the world, you would have fired such employees by now. I can't imagine that Tokyo or the UAE would have such service. and you also take a deposit for such terrible services. there is no problem buying tea and I was not going to find fault with you. It's just your job, you should do it well.
