“Not worth the money paid. Very disappointing.”
For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast was very bad. No place to even sit and eat breakfast. Not many choices of food offered. The breakfast place is so small and so disappointing.

“Location was perfect and the room was very quiet and the parking was covered and gated to be secure.”
room was nice and comfortable, really liked the kitchenette but the bed was hard and the room needed newer window blinds breakfast could use more of a selection besides just scrambled eggs and bacon however it dis have fruit and plenty of juices I jut wish it had biscuits, gravy and hash browns and more pastries but overall it was very very clean .

“A good hotel, kind of falling apart...”
This Hyatt House has an excellent location. It is very quiet, but close to 75, Loop 12, North Park shopping Center, a Safeway. The room is large enough, with excellent bathroom, and the bed very comfortable. The kitchenette is great. The breakfast is GREAT: my first "judgement" always goes to the Orange Juice; big surprise, the orange juice is "the real thing", excellent! There was also everything I like: fruit (pineapple, blueberries, etc.) Good bread, cereal, + eggs, bacon, potatoes... all of very good quality. The staff is very helpful and professional.

“Nice for a short stay, but next time no street side room.”
Nice room, but a bit noisy because of all the big highways around and the constant humming of motors. Nice lille kitchen with a big fridge and freezer. Lots of room. Decent breakfast buffet with all the amenities you need. Nice little pool which was good in the Dallas heat. Good location for a short stay
