I requested an allergy free room at time of booking. I got put in a room with duck feather bedding and ended up in urgent care. I asked for a refund and have been trapped in the room with no resolution. I sent letters to the parent company and travel agency just to have it redirected back to the property. Feel sick and trapped and can't wait to leave

“Great location , very comfortable stay”
Best beds I’ve slept in at a hotel for ages . Room was quiet & although a tad dated was very pleasant . Hotel in great location with heaps of eateries around , 7/11 store close by. Easy access for Ubers & location fairly close to most areas .

“Over priced and outdated decor.”
The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Parking was accessible and the location off I35 was great. Beautiful atmosphere inside the lobby atrium area with the high cielings.

“Lowest cost embassy suites for a reason.”
Called to check on the pool before I booked because my daughter really wanted to swim. They said it was good but nobody was using it because it was so dirty and burning with chemicals. Went back to the room and the shower wouldn't heat up and the tub was clogged. TV in the living room didn't work. Had to switch rooms, wish we switched hotels.

“Doctors Visit”
They overcharged me I stayed 3 days and book my first Nigth at booking.com and had a double charge call to the main office they said it’s going to fix it after 3 weeks nothing happen yet …
