“It’s not worth at all. Zero service and zero customer service”

“If you are just looking for a clean room to sleep, it is a good place. Do not expect breakfast.”
Close to the Market Hall where we came for a competition (perfect walking distance). Late night check in made easy. We stayed 5 nights. The room (208) was quiet, A/C was working properly, not too noisy. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for the price. Our cleaning lady was very friendly.

“Horrendous”
The ONLY thing that was positive about this shelter was that it was cheap. Oh, and right next to a Denny's. I honestly can't think of anything else.

“Comfortable beds adequate breakfast clean quiet room”
The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was perfect . The water pressure in the shower was terrific . The fridge kept everything nice and cold. The breakfast was basic but just perfect for us. Choice of cereals toast fresh muffins juice and coffee. More than enough to start the day.

“Will illegally keep your incidentals payment.”
It has been 16 business days and they still have not returned the “temporary” payment for incidentals that I was asked to leave. Return should occur within 7-10 business days. They will keep your “temporary” payment.

“The best place to stay.”
Staff was very friendly, helpful. They checked me in earlier than it was supposed to be. My room was comfortable, everything what I needed was in my room including coffee machine. I felt safety.

“Great weekend”
Hotel is nice, location 25 minutes walk to the American airlines center. Room has everything we need, WI FI is good, bed is comfortable. Friendly staff. Parking is just outside the room.
