“Not good”
The invoice only showed tax, not the full payment, and staff told me to get it from Booking.com, but Booking never provides invoices. My colleagues who paid the same way got full invoices, the staff were inconsistent and unprofessional. There was no daily bottled water, and although WiFi was supposed to be free, I was charged. Staff took my member number but didn’t add to the system. I had to double-check my bill when leaving. My room had a lot of red ants crawling on my food, so I had to change rooms, and the hot water was unstable—I had to wait 10 minutes for it once.

“Overall, a great experience and would love to stay again if an opportunity arises.”
I thought the staff were friendly and insightful. My room was big and clean with little to no messes to mention. I love that my room came with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

“Warm staff, incompetent room service”
The staff were incredible. So friendly, so quick to respond, and they went out of their way to help me when I tried to get the breakfast buffet with a toddler on my hip! Really above and beyond.

“Great stay in Dallas”
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were great, quick, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the museums and historical district. The rooms were absolutely perfect and comfortable. Breakfast was marvelous - wonderful fresh omelettes, fruit and more !

I reserved the room for two double beds instead they made me sleep on the sofa bed citing they were sold out. What is the point in reserving the room with what we wanted.
