Great location and friendly staff. Great place to pick up a hire car. We were allowed to check in early.

“Mediocre service”
breakfast was pretty good, staff was mostly good. I requested ice from the front desk, for a sore ankle, because the ice machine on the 10th floor was broken. I was told someone would bring some to the room and no one showed up.
