I have travelled from New Zealand and visiting my family in Dallas. I've received as upgrade to my room booking from King Suite to Executive Suite. The room is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. This was my second visit to the place and I am pleased with the stay. Breakfast is good and the hotel staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again in future and will recommend to friends and family.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the also had a gym and swimming pool.”
Everyday breakfast was great! Saves you from spending extra money, they had varieties. It was also close to the Love Field airport and other destinations. It was cheaper than expected and the size of the rooms were surprisingly large.

Nothing absolutely horrible. I asked for my money back and went to another hotel It was the best decision I made. This hotel is atrocious.

“Would never ever stay here or tell anyone to stay here!”
Not one thing. I waited over an hour for someone to come to check me in. They did not have a room for me and the staff was rude. As if it was all my fault. I called and called and no one even answered the phone.
