Booked a room with king bed, DID NOT get it. Got 2 queens instead. Workers were renovating rooms near mine. The noise was throughout the day. One of the other patrons got into a shouting match with the workers right outside my door at one point.

“I do not plan to ever stay at this hotel again. It was a complete disaster.”
There was no pressure to the water in shower. Did not recieve the bed size I paid for. TV did not work and remote had no batteries. Staff treated me disrespectfully. Got locked out of my room by office before the end of my stay.

“Miserable, but luckily I only needed a bed for after work.”
Advertised breakfast was permanently closed. I was here for three nights total and tried to stay a little longer (for financial reasons I was forced to stay here). The staff tried to charge me a second security deposit for extending my room! Not only that, but the initial security deposit took almost 15 calendar days to come back on my credit card and they refused to apply it for the extended room. It made no sense for them to hold my money up that long and no sense as to why they needed a completely separate deposit for the same damn room. They were not kind, they provided very little toiletries, no lobby bathrooms, only 2 towels, you have to ask for anything more than what was provided. They also didn’t want “a lot of traffic” and policed anyone coming in or out. My friends didn’t appreciate this at all. Anyways, do not stay here

The staff was kind. I got to my first room and it smelled horrible of cigarettes. So I went back downstairs and they upgraded me at no charge to a different room and it was fine.
