Large room and bathroom, amazing shower, comfortable beds, big windows and great lighting. We had a really comfortable stay here. Would happily come back when visiting our friends in Dallas.

“Nice and comfy hotel, but something's missing”
Location was convenient and room with terrace was really nice. Bed was one of the best we've come across on vacations. Valet parking worked nicely. Breakfast was good, the quality varied from morning to morning, so I can't say it was excellent.

The location and hotel have exceeded our expectations, the room was great and amenities were just excellent. Food and drinks were amazing, and personal was very accomodating.The view from the roof was incredible.

It look like the Hotel want to play in a higher Level but it is not able to / no matter how much they spray room scent at the entry. Stuff/Service: unfriendly, rude, spiritless stuff. It seems that only house keeping does much for less. Service (if she stopped Talking to the colleagues) at breakfast was terrible. Cleanlines: Most of the table at breakfast with Dirty tables. We‘ve been there at 6:15am so seems Nobody cleanded the tables from the Night. Room was clean - but at the Weekend you have to ask to clean the room… Food: Overprized. Buffet was only with a view options. Latte arrived in plastic Cups. Room: Big, quite noisy and with unpractical Facility. Only one chair available. Cannot recommend this hotel.

“My new favorite Dallas hotel”
This hotel is located in the perfect location, it was easy getting in and out. The staff were all friendly and smiling my whole stay. They even sent text messages checking in on us, asking if we needed anything. There were complimentary waters and macaroons given to us. There was also fresh infused water at the front available for guest. The view from the room was amazing and the room was clean and spacious.
