“Great staff and lication”
We landed at DFW after a 13 hour flight from Brisbane. We got to the hotel at 9am hoping to leave our suitcases and come back at 3pm to check in. Amazingly, we were allowed in our rooms straight away which was much needed with the jet lag!

“Great location with wonderful staff in the heart of Dallas.”
We had booked two rooms and arrived very early from a long haul flight. The staff were so helpful and let us book in early so we were able to explore in the afternoon. They were also able to hold our bags securely the next day and provide us with great recommendations to explore the local area.

Plenty of hot water in the shower any time of day. Bed was very comfortable. Location is great for getting to JFK memorial and museum. Good spot for Uber pic up, and valet people always outside which makes you feel safe whilst you wait for one

“I had the most frustrating experience ever :(. My first time in Dallas and my flight arrived early morning (6 am). I was”
Stuff member at reception was pretty unsuccessful and it was evident he didn’t want to be there. Very disappointed
