There is no transportation service and arrangement to/from the airport by hotel.The guests have to catch the taxi by themselves. English communication is impossible at the front. No reply to inquiry by message. No shampoo and soap in bathroom. No window in the room although city view description. More than 15% price up was requested for the room with window.
