We took a taxi from the train station to get here—just make sure you check the exact location on Amap, as Google directions aren’t very reliable in this area. The place itself is very cozy, tucked away from the road in the old town. There are a few bars nearby that play music until around 11pm, but it quietens down quickly after that, making it peaceful for the rest of the night. It’s run by a very friendly couple who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet enough to run all night without any disturbance. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent at times, but manageable. Breakfast is available as an optional extra. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

The location is fantastic. It is right in the old town area so you can walk around the area, with access to food, coffee, pub and souvenir shops. The room is clean, shower is strong, bed is comfortable. As it is in a small alley, you can hear noise from the traffic and pub live singing, but it is minimal. There are 2 beautiful cats and you can play with them in the courtyard.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and the staff is very kind. Location is right in the old town and although I read in the reviews that there is noise from the bar, we didn’t hear anything loud.

Lovely guesthouse in the heart of the bustling Dali old town. Friendly and welcoming owner, tasty home cooked breakfast. Location in the middle of old town market, can get noisy in the evenings but ear plugs provided. Beautiful decor and gorgeous two cats ☺️

The photos do not do this property justice. Tina hosted my partner and I over Chinese New Year. She was kind and gracious and always able to help, going over and above. This was my second time in Dali in the last few months and we left wanting to return immediately!

Amazing hosts - very responsive and easy communication, helped arranged transport from and to airport / railway station, very good English - which made my travels much easier Facilities are clean and comfortable (true to pictures). Queen room have a nice view. Continental breakfast available (good coffee)

A really lovely hotel in Old Town Dali. The room was fantastic and the woman that ran the hotel was incredibly helpful and made a fantastic breakfast and coffee.
