“Decent stay”
This hotel was an overall okay stay. The location isn’t the best, but it’s still manageable to get around using DiDi, so transportation wasn’t a big issue. On the positive side, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the place was clean and well-maintained inside. Although the exterior looks a bit rundown at first glance, the interior is actually quite decent and comfortable. Overall, a decent stay if you manage expectations.

Nice traditional guesthouse in a local neighborhood, close to the stunning Pagodas complex (walking) and to the North gate of the ancient city (taxi). Comfy room and beds, helpful staff and great communication via WeChat.

Dali is quite big, this hotel is near to the Chong Sheng Shi 3 pagodas. It also has a nice roof top view to the pagodas. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms were nicely designed, welcome fruits were served too. Beds were comfy.
