“A Total Disgrace!!”
The only positive thing about our entire stay was „Jason“ at the front desk. He greeted everyone with a smile and when I mentioned to him the issues we were having with the toilet not flushing, shower either boiling hot or freezing cold, tap switching off after 3 seconds, he moved us to another room.

Jason on the front desk made our trip so memorable he went out of his way to help us park (we were on motorcycles) to making sure the restaurant could stay open since we arrived late! Amazing personality loved talking with him!The restaurant waitress Carolyn was so friendly and bubbly a true gem

“Incredible staff”
Thanks a million times to the receptionist that helped us get through a difficult when we lost the keys of our car! Thanks again and I look forward to come back to this place. The hotel is very confortable and clean, I can only recommend if you travel through Dalhousie 😁

“Did not enjoy my stay. Little to no cleaning done on rooms”
The room was clearly not well maintained. There was random food in the fridge (half a lemon and a container of random soup), everything was dusty including the cabinets and nightstand, I kept having to adjust the a/c because it just wouldn't turn on when the room got warm, there was obvious fingerprints on the furniture, and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed ever. The room in general looked ok but there was no attention to detail with the cleaning whatsoever. For the money it could've been so much better.
