“Fantastic service!”
Exceptional staff (reception, bell, restaurants, room service, pool) everyone went above and beyond to make our family trip as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is magnificent we loved the heated pool and the well equipped gym. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection of Moroccan treats.

“Amazing again (my second time)”
The experience (you feel like you are a bit in paradise), the food (breakfast was amazing and also friendly staff), the entertainment (sport facilities/ sauna / bar). All in all; was amazing. I stayed 12 days.

“Level of hygene to be improved massively”
The property location is very good, however its worth mentionning that the suites with sea view do not offer sea view as such, there is a path separating the lodge from the sea. So you either have people walking or hotel employees reparing stuff and you stay with the curtains closed. Wierdly, we had three different hotels names printed on the towels, giving the feeling that it was unused stock from other hotels purchased by Tulum. Dishes took very ling to serve, as the staff explained, as they were missing glasses or plates.

“Huge disappointment. Not a five star hotel.”
This is not a five star resort. Staff mostly unprofessional. Birds sitting on the breakfast buffet and picking in the food. Horribly loud music during dinner. Several cockroaches in the lodge and lots of ants everywhere. Very bad smell in the bathroom (got fixed, but came back on the next day). Barking dogs at night and in the morning. Overall a huge disappointment, especially given the big price tag. Will certainly not come back.
