An Unforgettable Stay .Truly Exceptional Hospitality!From the very first moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was warm and genuine, the staff went above and beyond, and the entire experience made us feel not only welcome but truly cared for. I would like to give a special mention to Miss Oumaima,Mr Hafid,and Mr Idris (the driver who was responsible of all our excursions)Their kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made our stay so memorable. They are the heart of what makes this place extraordinary, and I greet them with the deepest gratitude. The restaurant service was outstanding – every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and always smiling, making every breakfast, lunch, and dinner a joy. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. Everything was spotless and maintained with great care. Anytime we needed help, whether it was a small request or guidance, the staff were ready with solutions and a smile. This is not just a hotel; it’s a place where you feel at home while being treated like royalty. I will absolutely return, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, kindness, and professionalism. They came to pick us up at the airport at 3 am. Clean and big apartment for families. The breakfast was 10/10. The recepcionist was super nice and helped us organizing the trip.

“Perfect hotel for dakhla town, superb service”

The service is amazing, we got picked up late at night even after the flight got delayed and our luggage took a while to come, all was easy, and the room was much bigger than expected with all the amenities you could want, also very stylish and pretty, we stayed for one night but we could have stayed longer, the breakfast was great, and on the ride back I even tried to tip our driver a bit and he refused! 10/10 if you want to stay in Dakhla town look no further.
