No ethics. They charged two of us for a stay I never used due to a cancelled flight, plus food I didn’t eat and municipal taxes even though I never arrived. I filed a claim, but they insist it’s the airline’s problem. Very disappointing.

It's a really nice resort. It's comfy, it feels safe, equipments of all kind are of quality. Staff is exceptionally friendly. The food is good, I couldn't understand negative comment son the food, it's fresh, varied and well cooked. The beach bar is really cool.

The kite spot is amazing. Views are great too. Also, there are a lot of cats, which is delightful. Breakfast was really good, other meals were very repetitive but that's understandable. A bit hard for vegans because there are not enough plant proteins provided.

It a simple place but genuine, with the staff making the whole experience a great one. The location and the kitesurfing center is excellent. The rooms are basic but overall very clean. The buffet offers plenty of choices.

If your plan is a kite trip, this hotel is what you’re looking for. It’s not a 5-star resort, so if you’re expecting all the luxuries like shampoo, lotion, or a toothbrush, forget it. You have to keep in mind that you’re in the middle of the Sahara Desert and that it’s a paradise destination for kiteboarding. They also have the best kite service I’ve seen in all my years of kitesurfing. All the school’s staff are top-notch and super friendly, but the cherry on top, and by far the best instructor I’ve ever met in my life, is Ibra. If you go to Attitude and want to become a kite pro, Ibra is your guy. In just 3 days, he took me from water start to jumping in transitions. He’s a genius and the best at explaining things. At the rental spot, Fátima and Simo are lovely — they explain everything and help you with whatever you need! And I can’t forget to mention Lamin, who helped me untangle my kite lines a hundred times — he’s a genius!
