The guys were amazing! They arranged all excursions and transfers for us today for today. we felt super safe, supported and treated very nicely. The facilities bring vatiety, service is on an other level even the kitchen prepared out of the meny snack for us, our host is very hospitable guy

We were delighted to return here after our first visit last year, and it proved to be the same amazing experience. We were so happy to reunite with some of the staff from last year; they truly did their best to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special highlight of our vacation was reconnecting with Fattah, Ayiub and everyone from the kite school. They once again took exceptionally good care of us and helped as much as they possibly could with advice, gear, safety, and even cleaning and packing the kites at the end of our trip. We simply couldn't ask for more—they are the best teachers and they make us want to come back again and again. We also want to specifically mention Hamid from the restaurant. Thank you for doing your best (and for rescuing me and my kite—I won't forget that)! A special thanks is also due to the wonderful lady who held the yoga classes in November. I believe her name is Gozde (please forgive me if I wrote it incorrectly!). She was so passionate and professional, providing adapted and useful advice for all levels. The food did not disappoint. Every dish was so tasteful and fresh, and we were delighted to try the Lagoon Oyster and the Tajine again, which were some of our favorites from our last visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the positive vibe; we had an amazing week and are definitely going to return.

My stay at Caravan Dakhla was absolutely unforgettable. The service was excellent, the facilities very comfortable, and the location simply breathtaking. I want to highlight Soufiane and Hamid, the waiters, who were always so kind, attentive, and welcoming. A big thank you as well to Abdu, the kitesurf instructor — such a professional, passionate and patient teacher. I’ll definitely come back!

Pictures were overselling, the place is completely deteriorated. With hazards everywhere, rusty nails around the swimming pool. Every day something was missing from.the menu. No AC in the rooms- while there is AC in the staff reception office. Staff fighting in front of customers The manager is never showing up, really bad experience

The food was amazing, everyday. A great mix of local Moroccan and international food. The homemade Msemmen was my favourite thing to look forward to every morning! Considering it was included in the price and À la carte, portions were generous and there were multiple courses for every sitting. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. Special shout out to Hamid, Mahfoud, Zineb and Salima who made our holiday extra special including the effort they went to for my partners birthday, including petals, balloons and a cake. The lagoon is very close as are other activities. Our room was very big and spacious and the view both in daytime and night were fantastic. We slept very well.

Amazing personnel! They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Nothing was too much to ask! Very nice and relaxed vibe around the hotel and nice, spacious and clean communal area and room. Amazing and fresh food in the restaurant with a good variety and portions.

Habitas Caravan is perfectly positioned on the shore of the Dakhla Lagoon, making it easy to split your day into two kiting sessions—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—with just a quick crossing of the main road to reach the beach. We stayed in the ‘Desert Riad’ rooms, which were more than sufficient for our needs. Kite spot:From day one, Fatah and the entire crew went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed to enjoy our kiting experience to the fullest and made us feel completely at home. Whether it was helping me properly mount the fins on my board, driving us close to the shore while carrying all our gear, their attention to detail was remarkable. We rented some of their equipment, brought some of our own, and also used their storage facilities. The school offers beginner courses and always prioritize safety. For instance, they chose to cancel our lessons on a day when the wind was too strong for our level. On our last day, they even helped us clean and dry our kites to prepare them for the journey home. Staff:From the reception team to the restaurant staff, the pool bar crew, the cleaning lady, everyone consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Their recommendations for activities outside the hotel (Le Ranch des Dunes is a must-see), truly made a difference. I especially want to mention Mahfoud and Zineb, who were extremely helpful even after we left. When one of our luggage pieces didn’t arrive home with us, we reached out to the hotel staff for assistance since we couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Dakhla Airport. Restaurant:Finally, the food definitely deserves a mention. We opted for the full board option, which included à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the quality and flavor of the meals were exceptional. The calm and soothing music in the restaurant area enhanced the serene atmosphere We’ll definitely return soon and will always cherish the wonderful memories of this holliday!

Special mentions to Mahfouz and Khaled for their welcome, Nabeel for the bar, and Mohammed Zakharia for his elegant management.
