Room big and clean. Mattress firm and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and more than sufficient. Excellent location with big carpark.

Proximity to Mt Daisen, so we could have an early start to hike the mountain. Room is clean and big, futon is comfortable, and staff is nice. Breakfast and dinner we had were good.

One of the most comfortable beds I slept on, for over a month in Japan. I loved the location, the staff were welcoming, the room spacious, the free star gazing trip was appreciated and we enjoyed wonderful traditional Japanese food for dinner and breakfast.

the snow was heavy on that two days and they have kindly arranged a special 4wheel shuttle car to help us travel between carpark, ski rental and the ski area. awesome service!

The staff were nice and helpful. We stayed at a room with a bathroom and a toilet on the 1sr floor, which is clean and well-maintained. The public bath with hot spring is located on the same floor. The traditional meals were prepared with local ingredients, and in particular we loved the sukiyaki very much. It is just a short walking distance to the ski lift, and the hotel also provides ski equipment rental service. Guests could check with the hotel upon arrival. After parking our car at the parking lot nearby, the hotel staff drove to pick up our family and our luggage to the hotel, which was really nice as it was hard to carry our luggage around when snowing.

The staff are very helpful and prompt in providing solutions when asked. We went there to hike Mt Daisen, but there was an unexpected snowfall. Instead of rain, we had heavy snowfall. The property was near to the town centre, we could still spend our day walking around the town and up the shrines to enjoy the first snowfall. The scenery was awesome

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a skiresort and intensely used but all in all it was super clean. We loved the onsen (and the very beautiful bathing robes), and the star gazing night done by an enthousiast staff member was a surprise plus. // Also the food was sublime, top quality, finely presented.
