The staff were lovely; they were in contact with us quite a bit before arrival. The rooms were warm and cozy. The breakfast was wonderful! Couldn't recommend it enough.

A great budget option overlooking the town. Scrupulously clean, pleasant, helpful staff, and the owner speaks reasonable English (and certainly much better than my Japanese !). Beautifully prepared and inexpensive food.

“Nice staff, nice place”
Free parking. Staff were very friendly and nice. Free amenities in the lobby were great. Being able to check out anytime between 12am to 10am helped as we wanted to check out at 5am to catch the sunrise.

Neat and tidy. Room had 2 single beds and room for another 2 futons. Shared facilities with 4 toilets upstairs and 3 or more downstairs along with 3 showers and washing facilities. Delicious Japanese style breakfast. For a place with shared facilities there was no wait for use any any time. All clean and tidy. Barely noticed the other people staying.

The most expensive place can be unpleasant if the staff are unwelcoming, - that cannot be said for the good people at Daigo House. Bearing in mind the modest rates, the property was good, but the helpfulness of the staff made my stay one that was memorable and enjoyable.

“Comfortable Stay”
Room, common areas and shared toilets/showers were all very clean. Owner is very helpful and approachable. Room is tastefully furnished and spacious, with plenty of hangars and places to hang clothes. Washer and dryer very cheap. Located near Okukuji Roadside Station which is very popular and good for trying and buying local specialties.
