“Poor. Would not chose a motel again. Big chain hotels for me. I know what I get there.”
It was close to town. Problems with supplies. The desk person tried to be friendly, offering to take us to town because taxi service pathetic. She did not Organize what she offered to do. One day we came back to our room to find the door partially open..NOT A GOOD THING. I think a hotel from a chain is a lot more responsible. I note that many places in town were extremely SHORT STAFFED. Sign of the time.

The rooms might be a bit outdated, but are very clean and comfortable with good beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed a stopover at Dahlonega and the hotel is well situated for that.

“Decent porice, but a nightmare of a bathroom.”
The bathroom was a disaster. The motion detector repeatedly turned off the lights during my shower. The floor was slick and there were no grab bars. I had a cold and the tissue holder had an empty box. The price was decent, so I suppose overlooking these flaws might be the charitable thing to do. But being plunged into darkness during my morning shower is unacceptable.
