Everything was perfect,specially the staff in all over the hotel ,the staff at the buffet breakfast, luckily or dinner, the staff at the pool and Mr abdulrahman who take care while snorkeling, also I specify the staff at the reception, mr ahmed very very helpful also mr abdulrahman and specially mr maher the front office manager, any problem he will solve it to make your stay very comfortable, very nice gentleman and very professional.

Everything was tidy and clean when we arrived. Staff was always helpful and nice to us. To get to the center of Dahab is really easy with a táxi.

“This was the ugliest hotel I have ever stayed in”

My experience was disappointing overall. The table in the room was broken, the gym was below expectations, and the duvet cover looked unpleasant. The restaurant was not clean, and the reception experience was not welcoming. Also, I was asked for the booking PIN code upon arrival, which felt unusual and unprofessional. Overall, the service did not meet expectations , Additionally, the staff attitude was poor, and even the reception manager was rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard

“One night in Dahab”

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice shower. The beds were comfortable too. The breakfast was decent and the coffee machine had many choices.

“Paradise on the red sea”

The location is brilliant with its own reef so perfect for snorkeling. Great hotel and manageable size. Private beach with wind shields. The food was good with a decent variety. Great staff. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout.

Very friendly staff , especially the manager and guest relations , and very good reef for snorkling . The buffet was convenient with enough varieties and good chefs, but nothing fancy .

Very clean, very relaxing hotel. We have been coming here for the last few years now and we keep going back. Location is great. The food is always good which you always struggle to find in hotels in Sharm el sheikh. We took my in laws this time too and they also want to go back again! Haytham On reception has been there every time we visit and is always very friendly and helps us with anything we need, great guy! Thank you

“A little worn but great place to stay”

The room was functional and it was definitely good value for money! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the general atmosphere was pleasant. The jetty provided a great opportunity to do some wonderful snorkeling without having to venture out of the resort. Overall, especially for the price, I would heartily recommend a visit! Also the free shuttle bus was a great touch as it is a bit out of the way and it was lovely not to have pay to go into Dahab every time 😀
