The staff is amazing 😍 they made out stay so much fun, they are extremely polite, friendly, helpful and professional! Bishoy, Medhat, Mohamed and all were absolutely amazing 😍😍🥰 . The hotel itself Not too big, feels cosy . Beautiful beach.

At this hotel, we felt truly welcomed. There is no rush and no unnecessary noise here – just the sea, the mountains, the sun, and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The excursions organized by the hotel's tour agency allowed us to discover the beauty and history of Sinai. Our wishes were always taken into account, with plans thoughtfully adapted to the weather conditions. Everything was genuinely well organized and carefully planned. What will remain in our memories are the peace, the hospitality, and the wonderful adventures we experienced. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this wonderful holiday, for your flexibility, and for your warm hospitality. Sometimes you have to leave in order to be able to return again.

Great staff, small quiet place, great beach.

A Dangerous Stay at Swiss Inn Dahab – Animal Attack & Zero Medical Accountability Critical Safety & Medical Warning: My stay at Swiss Inn Dahab was overshadowed by a life-threatening incident and a shocking lack of professional responsibility. • The Attack: While sitting on the beach inside the resort, I was attacked and bitten by an aggressive stray cat. • Complete Negligence: When I sought help from the reception, I was stunned to find that a "resort" of this caliber has no resident doctor, no emergency protocols, and no first-aid supplies. Their only response was to tell me to go to the public hospital on my own. • The Survival Struggle: I had to personally coordinate with the Egyptian Ministry of Health to secure the Rabies vaccine (which is only available through government channels). I spent the entire night commuting to the public hospital and managing the situation with zero assistance from the hotel management. • A Fatal Risk: If I hadn’t had my own car or been fluent in Arabic to navigate the medical system, I would have been in grave danger, as Rabies is a fatal virus. The hotel’s indifference to a guest being mauled on their property is unacceptable. Rooms & Comfort: • Subpar Standards: For a Red Sea resort, the rooms are very small. The mattresses are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, causing physical fatigue. Despite asking, no mattress toppers were available. • Pros: The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have a nice partial sea view. Dining & Entertainment: • Food Quality: A disappointing 3/10. The buffet is extremely limited, repetitive, and lacks quality. • Atmosphere: The hotel is small with no social activities or entertainment. It is only suitable for those seeking total isolation and silence. Beach & Value for Money: • The Beach: Good for swimming, but there is no coral reef for snorkeling nearby—you must take a long boat trip for that.

“Very disappointing experience – poor treatment overshadowed everything”

The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was good. Mohamed at the beach stands out as exceptional—he genuinely cares about guests and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable. The General Manager, Mr. Yasser, was also professional and helpful when approached.

“Relaxing beach holiday”

The location is excellent. We loved the beach and our morning swims. The pool is great, it was heated so it was very pleasant to swim there and it is large. We also booked a dinner on the beach so that was nice even the food was not so special. Breakfast with the omelet was nice too.

Its was fantastic vacation the food was excellent and room is very clean and quiet i love it The beach was very clean and I loved the it was sandy not rocks, the staff were very welcoming, shisha available, activities on site available, it felt so cozy and welcoming, would love to go back! I've travelled all over egypt but this one is my favourite out of all with it's excellent service, food and fun

The sleep was exceptionally comfortable due to perfectly firm mattress. The location was nice. The staff was friendly.

“They seem to take it seriously there”

Absolutely great hotel with well trained staff. The beach is clean, the pool too. Food is great and not repetitive: I stayed for 2 weeks and saw oriental day, Swiss day and a variety of normal cuisine. Careful with salads: I think that every time I ate raw veggies, I had mild diarrhea… it’s a common problem in Egypt. Just eat steamed or roasted veggies and you will be okay. There are mosquito nets on a balcony! I’m pretty sure that it helps more than daily fumigation. Sea+mountain view on a balcony is really great. I was going to a dive club in a city daily: paid 100-150 pounds for a taxi: just start walking and you will see big Isuzu cars. Actually I tried walking to Dahab by foot a couple of times: in 25-30 minutes it’s possible. There is a shuttle bus to Dahab at 20:00. Some people rent a bike in a city and park it in the resort. There’s a circle divers club nearby, which is good, and vetratoria for windsurf. The gym is surprisingly good, with dumbbells up to 15kg, pull-up bar, and cables and cardio. I didn’t try sauna but I know it exists. The room is clean. There is safety deposit box, which is rare in the city. They sometimes do small shows but nothing too loud, so I went sleeping at 21:00. Seriously, I can’t complain, it’s a decent place.

Welcome was very good and all staff very available. buffets were excellent , with many international and local specialties. quiet, for family and who expected rest and calm. buildings should refreshed as well the deco should be updated.
