“not recommended at all, old, host very bad”
They left the keys with the driver because we informed them that we will arrive late at night. Then one of their employees knocked at the door at 4:30 am after we had already fallen asleep to ask for our ID and passport. They should give us the keys and ask for our ID on arrival time not in the middle of the night! I got scared and my husband could not sleep anymore so we asked them for a refund for one night they said okay at first--in a voice message--but when we checked out they tried to give us only half our money back, and we had to argue for the whole refund that we had been promised. It was very lame and very annoying. so the host is really bad
