The place is amazing but what makes the difference is the energy you feel firstly from the ones running it. Ahmed and Salambo know what they’re doing and they do it great. I felt home, I will come back and I strongly suggest it to anyone.

Amazing staff. Lots of cute cats. WiFi for small amount. Twice a day a communal dinner with delicious home made food. Breakfast and dinner, every day freshly made. Private cabins with comfortable mattress directly on the beach. Free snorkeling gear. Free mountain water so you don't need to buy plastic bottles for drinking water. Very good vibes, feels super homey and everyone from guest to staff was super chill and relaxed.

This is without question one of the most magical experiences of my life. The location is peaceful & rejuvenating, the energy of the camp is warm & inspiring &, most importantly, the guys that hold this space for their guests are divine angels of the cosmos. I felt more peace in this place than I can remember anywhere else. Sleeping under the stars, to the sound of the ocean recharged my soul. Regarding questions about my room, I opted not to use my walled room and used the great outdoors as my room instead.

It’s a unique place in the middle of a true paradise. Right at the beach, between sea, mountain and sky. The rooms are comfortable and they have all you need, and the common areas are big and have plenty of shade and space to chill. The kitchen is well equipped and the toilets and showers are well prepared too. There’s also internet connection, although not too strong. There’s also a few adorable kittens around. Ahmed, the host, is a truly great guy with a love and talent for hosting people. He welcomed me, cooked an amazing breakfast, cared to get to know me and overall made me feel totally at home. I can only recommend you go and experience it yourself.

The atmosphere you find when you get at Cosmos Lodge is amazing.. chill, relax and such a good energy :) We slept at the tippie just in front of the sea and it was just perfect. Waking up at sunrise, and snorkeling at the reef with no people has no price!! Everyone there is really nice and make you feel at home, so we totally recommend this place :)

A very warm welcome from Ahmed and the whole hosting team as well as from fellow guests. Cosmos Camp sure has managed to create a unique atmosphere which will make you feel cut off from but at the same time connected to the rest of the world, in the unique Ras Abu Gallum setting. A special mention for the food which was excellent and the possibility to sleep basically wherever you want (in your hut, in the hammac, on the balcony, on the beach...) My only regret was to not be able to stay for longer!

very cute and cozy camp. very nice personnel. great breakfast and dinner, all inclusive as well as water and soft drinks, towels and snorkeling equipment. and I really like the very basic comfort level.
