“.Well-appointed hot spring resort accommodation. Wide and long outdoor infinity pool.”
While preparing for a business trip to Daegu, I made a reservation because I heard it had been remodeled into a hot spring resort. The large square bathtub located on the terrace overlooking the mountains was nice. I had a great time taking a foot bath, taking a hot spring bath, and taking a relaxing evening bath. I wasn't able to use the swimming pool due to personal schedules, but I definitely want to use it next time. The sauna facilities were good. Literally, if you are thinking of a hot spring resort, this is the perfect accommodation.

“Wow factor but needs some improvement.”
The hotel has a wow factor and seems upscale. Initial impression is very good. Very clean and upscale feel. Staff are also very professional and any issue was immediately addressed. Location was fantastic and had a really interesting vibe with lots of amenities and cafes nearby.

“nice rooms but staff are unhelpful and they don't really understand english.”
I have asked them in advance to prepare a baby cot for us (I have a toddler). They did not. They did not even understand my previous communication. Then they did not even help to resolve it. We even asked for help to rent one or buy one and they did not help as well. They acted as if we are asking sth strange. We have travelled a lot, including inside Daegu and Seoul, and every other hotel provided us the baby cot. It was a nightmare.

Nice rooftop and pool, a bit crowded but most of facilities are well maintained. Rooms are wide, and the area has plenty of cafes, restaurants and a charming lake.

one of the best views. Nice pool. excellent sauna. I highly recommend to try bath experiences in sauna on 5th floor. Breakfast is just Disappointed us, there was absolutely nothing to eat, it’s so bad disadvantage for a such a good hotel.
