It was in a traditional hanok house but the room was remodeled and had its own private bathroom and AC, it was quiet and cool, and I will definitely be back on my next visit to South Korea. The owner was very friendly and the offered us a ride to the train station and even stored our luggage after check out so we could explore the city comfortably.

“Great Little guesthouse close to the bar and restaurant streets in Daegu!”

The guesthouse was really cool - a modern-built version of a traditional Korean house. Guma, the owner, was on-site with his parents and was able to help us whenever needed. Location was good and walkable to several bus stops, so it's very easy to get around the city. Guma also gave us a lift to the bus station at the end of our trip!

The host's hospitality and the comfort of the house and room were excellent. The location was also very good.

Warm on a February night. -10 minute walk from the metro station. -Owner had been extremely kind and helpful in driving me to the Daegu International Airport on the day of a marathon event, navigating through special traffic arrangement. Very convenient location, super friendly staff with flexibility about baggage storage and even offering us to drive us the train station. The mattresses were comfortable as well.

A very lovely Hanok style accommodation, with the owners next door so of anything is needed they are close by. They were especially friendly, and even drove us to the train station early morning. We felt really comfortable in the environment and room, the floor heating was perfect for a cozy night even though it’s getting colder outside.

The room was just right for one person, futons were really comfortable and there was filtered water in the pantry. Hosts were very kind and they made the check in and check out process really easy!

we had an incredible stay here. the room was spacious, clean & comfortable - as we slept on the floor it truly felt like a real hanok experience. the owners, a family, were so kind to us, which made the stay even better. we even got a ride to the station at the day of our checkout. overall a huge recommendation!

Different from other hotels and guesthouses, you can stay in a Hanok type room. We slept in futons but it was comfortable, the place was very clean and the floor was heated. It was very central to walk around Daegu and the owners were very polite and friendly. They even offered to take us to bus station in their car.

Quiet environment Host is very friendly and helpful. He sent us to pick up our rental car and helped to liaise with the care rental personnel. A lot of eating places nearby and within walking distance to places of interests.
