The food was excellent with ample portions. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and the aircon was working great. The internet was fast and available throughout the resort. “A standout experience with memories to last!”

We had a fantastic stay at Exotic Island Dive Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malapascua for diving. The service throughout was excellent; the team were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The food was very good, with a wide variety of options (if anything, almost too much choice!); and the wood-fired pizza was a real standout; easily one of the best meals we had during our stay. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos; clean, comfortable and well maintained. The diving, however, is where this place truly excels. It was absolutely top drawer and exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to our dive guide Arvie; an incredible spotter with a great eye for marine life, and someone who went above and beyond to support us, including helping significantly during an underwater incident. He and Julius also quickly sorted an issue with my BCD valve, which was hugely appreciated. The wider dive crew were equally lovely; professional, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Highlights included unforgettable encounters with thresher sharks and mandarin fish; truly special experiences. Overall, an outstanding dive resort with a fantastic team. We would absolutely return.

“Perfect place in paradise”

Everything was just perfect, the stuff is absolutely excellent, they have an awesome customer service. The food is great with a lot of variety and the dive center is really professional.

The resort is great with a good restaurant, dive shop, and beach setting. What particularly stood out was the staff who helped us immeasurably when we got stranded on the island due to a tropical storm. The diving was excellent and there is much to see beyond the threasher sharks.

I had me and my friends stayed in Malapascua exotic island dive resort for a couple of days. They continuouly praised how attentive and the staffs are. The rooms are spotless. The resort’s proximity to the beach is a great bonus. Our overall experience was exceptional. Thank you for helping us have a memorable experience in malapascua.

The location is perfect and the food served in the restaurant was unexpectedly good considering they have a very large menu with a broad range of choices. The staff….from the dive team to the resort staff, they were all perfect!

“Lovely resort on the best beach on the island!”

The beach is wonderful, probably the best beach on the island. The massages are worth booking, the food is excellent (the pizza is delicious!) and some of the staff are really friendly. We really appreciated Arman, the bartender who made some really good cocktails!

“Lovely”

The staff and the whole resort. We had a great holiday here (5nights as part of our 3 week trip) and did 4 days of diving. I wish I could call this island my home because wauw! The resort was a bit slow, as we were there just when high season started. This was very nice for the personal attention. The restaurant is very good with great staff and food. Also the welcome we got was so sweet! Thank you, exotic.

From the moment we arrived at the reception on the first day until the checkout on the last day, everything was perfect. The room, the restaurant, the location, and the safety were all excellent. We are especially grateful to all the staff who took such great care of us. The 2-night stay at the Exotic Resort will be unforgettable. We hope there still will have The happy hour event during our next vacation as well.

We booked the dive resort but unfortunately for us we ended up diving with another company as the resort didn't have enough people to do the dives on the days we had available. The resort was lovely though - the staff are super friendly. The restaurant is 10/10. We didn't really eat anywhere else as we wanted to try the menu. Our room was at the back and had the roosters going off all hours of the night - not a biggie. The massages here were also really great and worth going to.

“Beyond Expectation”

I would like to thank everybody that made my stay so special, the receptionist and restaurant crew for being super friendly, kind and welcoming, all the divemasters that I had a chance to dive with for their professionalism and high knowledge of spotting macro etc, I have seen more things that I was expecting to see. Special thanks to Chris the dive center manager for his organization skills and for making my stay easy by organizing the dives, boat tours, courses etc and basically for being available 24/7. Highly recommended place to meet professional and welcoming crew, to have comfy rooms, taste delicious food and do amazing dives. Until next time! Kind Regards Alex
