“Favourite place on our tour of Vietnam”

We were welcomed from beginning to end . Staff are kind and polite and helpful . We had our bags taken care of beginning and end. Staff spoke a little English but went out of way yo translate and help. Lovely large bungalow very modern and well equipped

Very nice hotel facilities, the room was amazing. Super clean and comfortable, it had everything one could need. The location was great with beautiful views.

The location is very good! Outside the city center, the view is amazing! Also the bath was lovely!! The bungalow was also nice but a bit small for the whole family. The staff was also nice.

The pool was warm in the stormy rainy weather. Towels were provided, staff were very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Room service was o k, but it was tricky as they didn't understand our language and the order was wrong..

It was set in a quieter location but east enough to get a grab into town!

The warm reception at the hotel, help from the manager with the difficult taxi driver. Explained all the facilities well. The room was in a quiet and secluded location with a view of the valley and very comfortable. There was a variety of dishes at breakfast and the room service was good when ordered to eat in.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was as well, yummy and fresh with a lot of varieties. Helpful and nice staff during our stay. We felt great and certainly will recommend the place.

I like the people working there. They were very friendly. We had to book a limousine to Natrang for the next day. we returned to the hotel in the middle of the night and he helped us book a limousine! And the hydrangea flower was everywhere, and it was so beautiful, and nature was really nice to enjoy!
