Exceptional, very friendly family. No faults

A really lovely family-run hotel; we had a lovely, spacious, bright room. Everything was spotlessly clean. The family were very friendly and always willing to help. There’s a room where you can heat up food, or buy water and other drinks for a small fee, as well as the odd snack. We really liked that.

The owner was lovely. Very helpful on every step. The room was exactly what I expected for this price. It was clean and quiet. TV with a Netflix account. Anyone saying that it's over the hill and that it is hard to walk there don't listen to them.

The room was spotlessly clean and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Everything worked and the location was good. The staff were really friendly and have obviously tried to think of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Would be happy to stay again.

“The Villa Pink House: a home from home.”

Ideally situated, a 15 or 20 minute walk from the centre of Da Lat , the Pink House is a real home from home. The friendly host does everything she can to make her guests’ stay as agreeable as possible. The spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom was spotlessly clean, comfortable and easily accessible by lift. A laundry service is provided at very reasonable cost, and guests have shared access to a dining area and can purchase drinks and snacks. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome, and for offering us your help and advice during our stay in Da Lat.

“Super goed”

Very helpful Yuna. She arranged a save and new scooter for the same price as everywhere. She gave tips and gave me ginger for my flew etc etc. Fridge in the room, every day cleaner and water. Some nice restaurants nearby : ask Yuna . I liked Roy (garten ) and a very good sweet Italian Hestia

This is an exceptional hotel. If I could stay somewhere like this in every place I visit, I would. Ms Yuna is the loveliest host. She messaged us ahead of time to make sure we were sorted with transport and to confirm our check in time. When we arrived she was so friendly and helpful, sending us lots of suggestions and recommendations, including many vegetarian restaurants. We felt so comfortable and safe staying with her. The hotel is in the perfect location - really near everything but very quiet. Ms Yuna has thought of everything to make your stay the best it can be. We particularly liked the special room on the third floor where you could access extra towels, borrow umbrellas and pay for instant noodles and drinks. Ms Yuna has really thought of everything! The room we stayed in was a great size, very comfortable and with a balcony.

We loved our stay here, our favourite place we’ve stayed on our travels. Great value for money- the room was clean, super spacious and was refreshed each day with new water, coffee, linen etc. Netflix on the tv was an added bonus. Lovely owner who was really accommodating. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dalat!

Very well organised. Fantastic room and wonderful views from the terrace. Exceptionally helpful and kind owner, and all the staff were very friendly. Anything you need is in the snack room, which operates with an honesty system. Very comfy beds. My 2 day booking turned into 5 weeks. Felt more like an apartment than a room. A perfect hotel.

The host, Yuna, was very kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was perfectly clean, and housekeeping was done every day. The service was excellent — you can really feel the care and attention to guests in every detail. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I really, really loved everything! Next time I will definitely come back with my friends and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

“Excellent property, incredible owner and staff”

We had a great stay at Villa Pink House at a difficult time in Dalat associated with the Central Vietnamese floods. Yuna was extremely helpful in keeping us informed of the situation and arranging alternative transport when our original plans were made impossible due to the weather. The room was large, comfortable and extremely clean. The balcony had a great view over Dalat. The hotel has a lift so no need to struggle up stairs with heavy bags. The property is not in the centre of town, but is certainly in walking distance, there are many good restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

Yuna and her family are the most helpful and friendly people we have come across in 11 months of travelling. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean with daily cleaning along with bottles of water. The room we booked had an amazing view across the city and was within walking distance to everything. In the hotel there is also a very convenient shop. This came in very handy and used this often. Yuna was so helpful telling us what was on locally and the best places to eat. We highly recommend staying here, you will not find a better place to stay. This truly was an amazing find and will stay here again the next time we are in Da Lat. Thank you Yuna, you are an amazing host. 10/10.

Villa Pink House is a great location for Da Lat, and really comfortable and quiet. The snack/drink room was really useful too! Would definitely recommend - the room is bigger than the photos too.
