Hotel shouldnt try to contact my personal number on zalo or whatsapp, better to communicate via booking.com app or email Unclear communications about the room situation, we were unsure if we had to move to a different room or get an upgrade due to water leakage somewhere in the building. The walls were a bit moldy, could be due to the weather but it should be well maintained for the guests.
