Really social, friendly staff. Very good tour through the hostel, the motor bike one, we were gone from 9-5 and the drivers were all so lovely. The food at the hostel is cheap and pretty good

I clearly booked hostel and I ve show up on time this guy said we fully booked we make you cancel !!??? What ?? This owner attitude are not good for the guest wel.. I had to be street to find another hotel No point no manner no hospitality

The best hostel we have stayed in as a couple:’). Double bed dorm was perfect for us! Shared with 3 other couples . Very social hostel but still your own space to relax. An amazing view and good food. Family dinner was delicious and amazing for getting to meet other travellers. It is easy enough to get into the main town and there is a free shuttle bus every night to the maze bar.

“Bad customer service”

The hostel accepted my booking but later messaged me and said they were full. In the end I went to Da Lat without accommodation and was struggle to find another place in the midnight

“A wonderful experience making a short stay and wonderful memory”

The staff were all amazing from the receptionist to the chefs to the bar team everyone was very kind and spent loads of time talking through anything we didn’t know, when you stay there is an option for family dinners it was honestly the best food I have had so far in Vietnam. They also sorted transport for us to our next hostel which was very kind and gave us peace of mind travelling and not only that they sent us on our way with a pack lunch. I honestly could not recommend this more to anyone staying in da lat and might have to go back to da lat just to stay here. They offer tours and trips part of the hostel please do them you will enjoy them and have a better understanding of where you and the history of the area. Also the coffee here are great I could write a list for a day about everything great about this place.

I had heard great things about this hostel and was looking forward to a lively, social atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, with several significant issues outweighing the positives. To begin with, there were some highlights. The main staff member was friendly and welcoming, the family dinner was enjoyable, breakfast was well-priced and tasty, and the views were beautiful. However, there were several concerns. I was placed in what was described as a “private” 4-bed ensuite room, yet staff frequently entered the room and bathroom at all hours, including late at night and early morning. The bathroom appeared to double as a staff facility, with staff regularly using it, washing their feet in the bidet, and leaving the door open. While I understand cleaning is necessary, it should be conducted at appropriate times, not during hours when guests are sleeping. This lack of privacy was both disruptive and inappropriate for a space advertised as private. There were also uncomfortable interactions, including a staff member entering while I was packing and attempting to move my belongings without permission. The room itself was lacking — there was no air conditioning, the bedding did not feel particularly hygienic, and ongoing maintenance nearby created additional noise. A particularly concerning incident involved a fire in a neighbouring room. I assisted in extinguishing it while flames were still present, however was later reprimanded by a staff member who had not witnessed the incident and incorrectly claimed the fire had already been out. There appeared to be little regard for guest safety, with no follow-up, safety checks, or escalation. The response seemed more focused on the clean-up than the seriousness of the situation. The deposit policy was also problematic. I was asked to leave my passport, which I declined due to its importance for travel.

“An excellent stay”

I loved the friendliness of the staff, how kind and welcoming they were to us. The food is really good, especially the coconut coffee. The family meal that is offered every night is a really nice way of chatting with everyone and enjoying various dishes for a fair price. Also, the trip they organise with the day tour around Da Lat on the back of bikes is an exceptional Way of experiencing the town.

The hostel is a destination in itself. As soon as you enter there's a warm welcoming electric energy that pulls you in. Everyone is very social and excited to be there. They have family dinners, happy hour, killer pool and a bus that takes the party people to a bar at 10. There's plenty of lockers and the beds are huge and comfy.
